    • Slice smoked sausage or Spanish chorizo into bite-sized pieces and bake on a tray at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
    • Meanwhile, season 12 peeled, uncooked medium-sized shrimp with salt, pepper and Spanish smoked paprika.
    • Flip the sausage slices over and add the shrimp to the baking tray, baking for 3 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
    • Thread one piece of sausage and one shrimp on skewers and sprinkle with chopped parsley for color.
    • Serve with garlic mayonnaise or your favorite dipping sauce.
  • Easy Crudités
    • Slice equal portions of celery, carrots, and red bell pepper into thin strips 1.5 inches long.
    • Arrange your platter with vegetables, toasted pita bread sliced into strips, and small breadstick.
    • Serve with dips including French onion, Ranch, Guacamole, Hummus, or Tomato Salsa
  • Cheese Platter Skewers
    • Cut cubes of various cheese roughly one inch in size. Choices could include:
      • Cheddar
      • Mozzarella
      • Stilton (Careful: Strong)
      • Goat’s Cheese
      • Feta Cheese
    • Slice a mixture of red and green grapes in half.
    • Skewer a red grape half followed by a few cubes of cheese, and finally a green grape half.
    • Optionally fold slices of prosciutto and skewer between cheese cubes.
    • Serve skewers on a tray alongside miniature breadstick twists and a whole grain mustard.
